  • Achieve annual store number target and IRR budget;

  • Ensure all necessary licenses are timely ready for new store opening;
  • Maintain good relationship with landlord and property management;
  • Liaise with landlord/management to review rental when store not performing or to resolve store issues related to the property;
  • Negotiate aggressively with landlord for internal & external signage locations and to conclude on terms soonest possible.
