Participate in regular site development meeting to communicate company policies and latest development strategies. Review progress of site finding and take actions to step up the pace;

Keep track of our key competitors' development plan and feedback to senior management with details;

Hold regular meeting or contact with property agents, major developers and our strategic partners for update of the market and potential sites;

Make sensible sales forecast for a potential site based on traffic, consumer quality, convenience, commercial environment and future sales development;

Work with finance to establish IRR for a potential site and prepare documents for signing a letter of intent;

Collate all documents and traffic data relating to new site proposal and prepare an IRR pack to submit to finance for HWL approval;

Meanwhile work with the landlord and our HK legal department to finalize the details of the rental contract and upon HWL approval, arrange the final contract to be signed;

Ensure all necessary licenses are timely ready for new store opening;

Maintain good relationship with landlord and property management;

Liaise with landlord/management to review rental when store not performing or to resolve store issues related to the property;

Negotiate aggressively with landlord for internal & external signage locations and to conclude on terms soonest possible.

Below 35 years of age;

University graduate;

At least 5 years related working experiences in site selection and lease negotiation;

Good leadership, self-motivation, negotiation skill, and aggressive mind;

Frequent travelling;

Achievement of new store number target.

3 years working experience. Retail sector experience is preferred, and willing to work for a luxury brand & passionate to continue develop in this field;

Good communication & interpersonal skills when work with all levels of personnel on a daily basis;

Luxury brand working experience with retail operation knowledge is a big plus.
