Responsibilities
● To provide information about the Pavilion, EXPO 2010 Shanghai, as well as general information about China and the Pavilion’s country;
● To provide general support for the Pavilion activities;
● To provide assistance to Pavilion visitors, host, co-workers, etc. whenever needed;
● To control Pavilion entry and exit;
● To assist on visitor management;
● To maintain Pavilion premises’ cleanliness.

Requirements
● Minimum age of 22 years old;
● University degree, or in the last year of university, preferably of tourism or hotel management major;
● Excellent oral English and Chinese language skills;
● Additional foreign language skills are preferred (e.g. German, Italian, French, etc.);
● Minimum half a year working experience, preferably in foreign tourism, catering, exhibition/event management companies;
● Candidates who received first-aid training would be strongly considered;
● Openness to foreign culture;
● Ability to work in shifts;
● Familiarity with Shanghai and surroundings;
● Responsible work habits;
● Hard worker with positive attitude;
● Hospitable and friendly personality;
● Punctuality, reliability and ability to work in a team as well as independently;
● Well-groomed appearance and confident manner.
