May 27, 2011, the first three volunteers from the East Region of ManpowerGroup China Experis brought stationaries to visit the children at Clover Autism Children HealthCare Center on Luoyang Road, Minhang District, and teach lessons.

June 24, 2011, another four volunteers from the Experis China again came to Clover Autism Children HealthCare Center, which is in a residental building, consisted of 10 teachers and about 20 students. The courses for us to join that day were help to make training aids. The two girls were arranged to take ABA training, with almost 50 minutes of each class, while another man teach the children activity class. One of the children was so frenzy that lying on the ground, unwilling to get up. Our volunteer is quite patient, though, accompaied with him, teaching him numbers, and the child enjoyed really a happy time.

Later, volunteers came to the teachers' office, making training aids with them. Due to the lack of capital, teachers have to make the painting books quite common in many other kindergartens by using waste papers. Therefore, the A4 papers which we only use on one side is quite precious for them because they can be reused.

Patient as the teachers at Clover Center are, sincethe autism children can't concentrate, so every action of the teachers should help them to concentrate. Where there's a small success,teachers would highly praise the children. If there are some children lose their temper and refuse to follow the directions, the teachers never give up, instead, instructing them again and again.

At Clover Center, many parents accompany their children to have classes. They must have to contribute much more than others, but they wear smiles when witnessing the children making progress everyday under the help of the teachers.

During the Clover activity, some of our volunteers gained profound sentiment. A volunteer Gina said: Children are the angels and those with antism are the angels living in another world,but they are also happy! It is respect toward them, yourself and even the life to treat them as common attitude. Life would be better if do something in your power to those children and everyone around you. As for yourself, it is also a great charity eating seriously, sleeping seriously, working seriously and living seriously! Enjoy this moment and everyone would be access tohis happiness!
