Does ManpowerGroup China charge its candidates for services?

No. ManpowerGroup China does not charge anything back to its candidates.

What kind of services does ManpowerGroup China provide?

ManpowerGroup China receives thousands of resumes.How does ManpowerGroup China treat them?
  • If you haven't found the job that you want or you don't have the strong urge to change job, you can send us your resume to be kept in our talent database;
  • If you are sending resume applying for a job, then the consultant who receives your resume will go through it. If we find a suitable job for you, you'll be notified by us. But if you don't hear from us within 2 weeks, it means we haven't found a suitable job for you. Your resume will be kept in our talent database for further use;
  • Our recruitment consultants will search the talent pool everyday whenever there's an order from your potential employer. If we find that you have what the employer wants, you'll be notified by us.
What do I need to do after I have sent a resume to ManpowerGroup China?
  • Browse our website frequently for the latest job information. If you found the job you want, you can apply directly.
  • If there's any update on your experience, contact information, job seeking intention, etc., please email us your latest resume so we'll have the most updated information and enable us to look for a more suitable job for you.
If my resume is shortlisted, how will you arrange for my interview?

Basically, our consultants will prescreen resumes and conduct tele-interviews to select the candidates. After the second prescreening, we'll move to face-to-face interview to analyze your skills and interests. During this interview, we'll also assess if you match the job. If yes, then you'll be recommended to the employer for an interview. Before this, we'll inform you who your potential employer is and what the job requires from you. If you have any questions within the employer interview and recruitment notice period, please consult with the related consultant.

If I'm successfully recommended and have problems during the begining of the work,can I still consult with ManpowerGroup China's consultants?

Yes, you can. If you have any questions or problems after you are placed to the job, we welcome you to discuss it with our consultants. Of course, we encourage our candidates to be able to discuss with their line managers, enabling them to be familiar with the work environment.

If I'm a temporary staff, who will my employer be?

ManpowerGroup China was granted with the temporary staffing business license by Shanghai Personnel Bureau under the authority of the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China, making us the pilot global multinational company to have such privilege in China. As a ManpowerGroup China's temporary staff, your employer will be us, so your employment interests are secured by us.

How will ManpowerGroup China protect its candidates' privacy?

All personal information we obtained from our candidates will only be used for job application, job transfer application and other related purposes. We will probably share your personal information with our sister companies and clients. ManpowerGroup China will handle your personal information under the framework of the Chinese law with your prior consent.
