When reading those advertisements, always keep in mind the following three simple questions:
  • Who are the releasers of those advertisements?

    To identify who releases those advertisements: the companies themselves or the human resource companies providing recruiting business? Are those companies in big scales? Have you ever heard about them? How are their reputations? Try to know exactly about the background information of the releasers through searching the relative information on the newspaper and the internet.

  • What kind of talents are they looking for?

    The contents of this part are of complexity. What kind of talents on earth are the companies looking for? You would discover the qualification and requirement presented in the posts advertisements are actually describing an ideal employee, if you have ever paid any attention on the posts advertisements. So never be frustrated if you fail to meet those requirements as they are just probably describing someone inexistent.When you see the words like ’better’ or ’ideal’ in the requirements, it means the employers don’t actually demand the candidates to have such qualities. Contrary, you have to meet the demands of those with ‘must have/ are’, such as relative diplomas or working experience.

  • What opportunities does this position provide?
